Warm and enveloping place, sublime food and wine offering, excellent staff. At the reception the S.M. Annalisa was nothing short of delightful, a jewel in the crown: kind, professional and helpful. The recommended proposal fully satisfied our tastes. An entrée worthy of 5 stars. Sublime platter of cold cuts and cheeses, very high quality and centered combinations. The fried dumpling that accompanied it was a surprising discovery. Breads, focaccias and breadsticks are highly appreciated. The W.S. Eugenio was the second note of merit that absolutely must be mentioned. Very high preparation and competence. He was able to recommend us not only an excellent Gewürztraminer for our aperitif, but he supported us in purchasing with delicate company. The tiramisu is good, the chocolate cake is fantastic, the combination with the honey liqueur is perfect. Attention to detail makes the difference and the staff is a great added value. If there are 3 people who have booked, you don't put them on a single table at the entrance next to your counter/table to receive people. You make them sit comfortably in the room. Pleasant and welcoming place inside the Fiordaliso Shopping Center. Friendly and helpful staff. Fried gnocco and culatello, pleasant. Bolognese tortellini in broth, absolutely worth reviewing in terms of scope and service. I wouldn't take them back. Amarone risotto, very good. Spagnetti tomato and burrata, discreet.
