Pizza Hut - Royston

The place needs to shut down since they have no staff to serve dine in customers. There's no sign on the door declining dine in customers and the dining room was fully lit as if they were serving inside. Staff that was there was rude about the entire matter. Will never come back to that establishment for any reason take out or dine in. It's time for this obsolete chain of pizza joints to close for good.

The pizza was like cardboard with almost no sauce or pepperonis. Very overpriced.When I came in to pick it up, I was the only person in the restaurant and the person helping me couldn’t find my pizza. He had to get help from a young girl who was keeping company with a young man in a booth in the corner.

The staff was awesome and the pizza was perfect. Hope they get the salad bar back soon!

Dirty table. A topping left off a pizza that only allows 3 measly toppings to begin with!! Didn't even want pizza since I don't even eat crust!! Too much money for only sauce and not all the toppings!! I had to reluctantly choose pizza because the wings I wanted couldn't be made because of the fryer being damaged and therefore couldn't be used to cook them!! They won't bake them, even though another pizza hut makes them that way. If one pizza hut can do it like that, it makes no sense why they couldn't do it that way. I believe that they just don't want to do it because they just prefer not to.

My food was hot and fresh when I picked it up. And Suzanne was a doll to talk to while I waited
