Domino's Pizza - Royse City

Tried to order delivery online for the 50% off deal but it wouldn't help me. The staff was lacking in their ability to take care of my order. Very disappointed ? that's not what I originally wrote. Why is Google changing what I said and using poor grammer?

I haven 't ordered from this dominoes in almost a year and I couldn 't remember why, so when I saw they were having a 1/2 off special I ordered. I quickly remember why I deleted my dominoes account...worst customer service I 've experienced. I made my order online and after 30 minutes of no update, I checked and it was so being prepared, but even baking yet. Mind you, this is a Thursday afternoon. I called the store and the associate stated, yeah, we 're busy. the app said it would be another 68 minutes. I canceled my order and the associate just said ok, cool. I remembered that the last time I ordered it took over 1.5 hours and the entire order was wrong. I called the store and the associate told me they would make me the correct pizza but I would need to come pick it up because they were too busy to re-deliver. What a joke this domino 's is. I 'll just stick with papa John 's they 're reliable, quick, and taste better.

Ordered a pan pizza , pizza was raw. I called 7 times to be able to speak to a manager because the worker kept hanging up on me. If you order a pizza make sure it’s done all the way!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Canceled my order 30 min in!!!! Then call an NEVER ANSWERS!!! WORST MANAGEMENT EVERRR.

It was a very, very busy night. I ended up picking the pizza up because they were so overwhelmed with deliverys , Which I totall I understand , it was a football night.?Just a little tip for everyone who works there, The food was great! You guys are doing a great job! just remember that, teamwork makes the dream work , so work together??
