Bidrage med feedbackI have placed a command over grub hub. the app told me that I had about 20 minutes until the restaurant stopped the orders. as soon as I gave up the order, the restaurant called me and lied to me why they cancel my order. they claimed that the driver was from their grubhub for the night out. grub hub has independent drivers who are not in any wise form or shape contrasted or related to any restaurant. what they meant to say when they called to cancel my order is our kitchen is clean and we are not willing to stay here to the close, although it is our own fault not to bend our grub stroke application quite pathetic they need to lie to customers and cannot even honor their posted hours. will never be recommended or ordered again from here.
Absolutely terrible!!!! I ordered through the Slice app for delivery for Palermo's. The order was delivered 30 minutes past the estimated time. Ok it's Friday night...I could have looked passed it being late; however, the food was terrible! The margherita pizza was made wrong! The steak sandwich has stale bread which was also soggy and it fell apart as soon as I picked it up. (As an aside, I say steak sandwich bc if you don't pay 50 for extra"cheese, you don't get any cheese at all!)I contacted Slice's online chat since that's who my money went to and they contacted the pizza shop. Palermo's said there was nothing they can do because they haven't had any complaints today about any other orders. So I guess my complaint doesn't matter?!?!?If that's how Palermo's wants to treat their customers then they have lost my business.
I walked in to pick up my salad…. all I got was a simple salad. There were about 4 employees just sitting around. I had asked for certain toppings not to be on the salad… none of what I asked for was given. All the toppings were on that I had asked to be left off. Then at the cash register I asked to confirm that the dressing was in the bag. He opened the bag to look inside and said yes the dressing was in the bag. Got home and no dressing. For all those people standing around with no other customers, they should have gotten my order right. I will not be going back there.
Great service and food. Ordered through Slices but an item was missing (hoagie) and we didn't realize until later. Not a big deal but called the restaurant just to get a refund and they instead made a fresh hoagie and delivered within 15 minutes. Great customer service!
We ordered a pepperoni and half black olive pie and that is not what we received. Instead, we were delivered a messy pepperoni and bacon pie, the bacon not even grilled so it was a chewy mess with sauce that even Chef Boyardee would scoff at; and twelve minutes before close. First and last order from this place. Good luck.
