Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Royersford

We stopped in here today for a late lunch, Jason was great- very patient with my older relatives deciding what to order and giving us boxes for what we couldn't finish. The sandwiches were awesome, but very big. I love that they roast the turkeys in store.

Ordered from stores app for delivery, received entirely wrong order. Called the restaurant and employee told me there was nothing he could do about it except have a manager call the next morning. He took my information (which they had on the order) I never received a call the next day. I also reached out through the corporate support on app and received no follow up. Place had good food but no customer service or morals.

My husband and I used to frequent Capriotti’s locations before moving to Collegeville, however, our most recent visit to this location has us never wanting to return. You would think after spending almost $20 on two 5 inch sandwhiches they would atleast make sure there was more than just bread to the sandwhich. Being that we were the only customers in the building it’s not even an excuse to say they were busy or rushed. It truly just felt like they didn’t care.

I had never been to this restaurant before, but as I walked through the door one of associates welcomed me in. He gave me some good ideas about what to eat and boy was he correct, the sandwich was excellent and huge! I had to take half home got a 10” I would highly recommend checking them out, you won’t regret it!

Best cheesesteak I’ve had in a while. The team at this location is always friendly and accommodating. I live out by King of Prussia and I make the drive for the food here but the service also brings me back. Thank you!!
