While the food and drinks are tasty (minus the occasional salty bagel) the service is not good. Twice I have gone for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, and they forgot the orders both times. The most recent visit, I waited for an hour for two sandwiches and a coffee. Twenty minutes in, I had asked about my order in which the cashier told me she thought she already made my drink. I then asked about my sandwiches in which case she said oh my god and just printed the ticket. She then said she was busy and the ticket got lost. She never apologized but asked if I wanted something extra. All in all the two sandwiches and one drink was not worth an hour wait, and getting a free extra something doesn 't solve the service problem. Not sure if I 'll ever be back. Expensive, owner is rude. Didn’t get much of a caffeine boost despite ordering extra espresso shots. Food: 4

Delicious food and drinks, breakfast sandwiches come with tater tot waffles and the baked goods are fantastic. Really great atmosphere with tables and couches, sometimes live music on weekends.
