Dunkin' - Royal Palm Beach

The place was packed. I ordered a sandwich no cheese for breakfast and they gave me my sandwich with cheese and a grilled cheese ?‍?. I didn't have time to address the issue but that was a first. After already ordering food I asked for a cup of ice water and they charged .25 which would have been fine if I hadn't just spent money there on food.

Ordered 2 sourdough breakfast sandwiches and added roasted tomatoes to them (because I saw those scroll through on the menu board a dozen times while waiting in line). I was charged for the roasted tomatoes as well. When I got home, guess what was missing yep, the roasted tomatoes. There is no phone number on the receipt and the phone number on the web for the old location next door just hangs up immediately. I am not going to drive 10 miles roundtrip to resolve this. I just won't be back.

Filthy, kids don’t now or care how to make coffee right. It’s getting exspensive for shirt made coffee

Staff was friendly and fast. The only problem is they stopped using Ham. I was so looking forward to Ham, Egg, and Cheese on an English Muffin.

?Bad final products.Before the new place was opened, it was wonderful. But now, I have noticed many faults when it comes to health protocols.I saw an employee touch ice with his bare hands and placed it on a beverage. ? I didn't call him out at the moment cause I was on a hurry, but this is not right. I've never seen that before anywhere else.Also the food is either burnt or undercooked. I have also found tiny hairs on the food, made me lost my appetite.Unfortunately, I'll have to go elsewhere for breakfast.
