Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Royal Oak

The drinks are consistently good at this restaurant, but the staff could use some additional training. Customers can walk in without being greeted, and there is often a long line with only one cashier working. On my visit, I witnessed a man making doughnuts while also trying to manage three young children. It took me four minutes of waiting before anyone acknowledged my presence. This location is known for being slow, similar to the Eastpointe location. It would be wise for the management to address this issue before it receives further complaints from the community.

This situation was great. the service was pretty fast, but I think that was because I was the only person at the time. I'm going to visit safe again.

Quick to take my order over the phone and come out to retrieve cash with my order. Nicely made.

Worst experience I've had with them. I placed an online pick up order to be ready at 7:45, it's now almost 8:00 and the store isn't even open. And there website says they open at 7:00. Definitely won't come back.
