The food was hot fresh and will go back. I had the 4 pieces of dark dinner and the 6 pieces of chicken bite with the potato. So good

Back to the hut after it on the west coast for the last decade or so. I have to say, still the best chicken on earth. Hands down the chopped potatoes seem like a kind of test of God. I fall every time.

Most of the time I don't leave any reviews about food or restaurants because they generally speak for themselves over time and news trips quickly... Other customers should be aware of sub par service... We tried to order online for the Royal Oak Store via a pickup. Couldn't undermine the Mayo. It had no note line so I called the Royal Oak Store to order only. The Gale Erica told me I just go back online, order the sandwich 's and call back to tell her not to put Mayo on her. That's exactly what I did. The only problem is that some rude A-hole the phone (not Erica)... I tried to explain that I ordered online, but he was a stunning D bag. I never asked what I ordered, who I was or what the order number was. I can't help him suck his life, but you should never have your life 's frustrations on someone you never met. Make yourself a favor and don't eat or order from here. Unless you want to... is it chicken or chicken?....I'm not sure. EVEN after the call to make sure that there is not Mayo We cost it when we put it on the game, and they put it on play!!!! Wow...$21.00 later for two sandwiches it was best marginal. That's why we're hardly going out, it's just not worth dealing with people. The simplest things in life have become so laborious and complicated. Not worth the 40 plus minutes of my life I will never be back....

I never have a problem here. Your customer service is excellent. You have always had a pleasant experience since my childhood. I think I talked to an ivory (forgive me when I said her name wrong) about the phone she was very friendly and pleasant and friendly substitutions made for my order, and I expect it to come as it always does perfect. Love this place, although I've never been in, only delivery, they've never messed up a single order for me. This order did not come with the additional butter as I asked, but that's okay!
