Bidrage med feedbackI find this Subway to be a great option for grabbing dinner on the go without missing my bus. Even though I only had 4 minutes and they were closing up, the young man working there was friendly and efficient, quickly getting me my order and helping me make it to my bus on time.
I ordered a footlong meatball sub through the Uber app, but they delivered a 6-inch sub instead. I was very disappointed and called during my work break to address the issue. It took three tries for them to pick up, and then they wouldn't listen to my complaint. They eventually hung up on me and ignored my subsequent calls, sending me straight to voicemail. Not cool - they owed me another 6-inch sub.
The experience was terrible. I ordered a meatball marinara dish, but it unexpectedly had tuna in it - an ingredient I didn't request. Unfortunately, I am allergic to tuna, and I had a reaction to it.
My family and I regularly get a subway and I can safely say this is the worst Subway I have ever been to. On opening my salad I found there to be only about 6 spinach leaves!! They are incredibly stingy. Very poor show. This picture shows the full salad I was given!!
Have frequented this location for a quick lunch solution. Today, same order BUT price jumped from £4.60 to £5.55 for the same thing?!? A whopping 21% price increase and the portions within were dismal! Smacks of some owners thinking they can screw the Leamington Spa customers. Well, the place was uncharacteristically empty at peak lunchtime and now I know why. Adios Subway Leamington Spa. Pigs get fat, hogs get slaughtered.
