Chili's Grill - Rowlett

This is a fantastic spot for a meal. The young man who served us was excellent and had a great attitude. My burger was delicious, and I have no complaints. The floor manager was moving around asking about the food and service, but didn't stop by our table, which was no big deal!

I dined at the restaurant on September 15, 2022, at 7 PM, and I wish I had asked our server for her name because she was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service! This is how a restaurant should operate! The person who seated us was also very welcoming, and the food was flawless with no mistakes at all. We were a group of nine, including five children, and they managed everything perfectly! It’s clear that the management here is exceptional!

I believe Chili's is underrated. There are many items on their menu that I really enjoy. The restaurant is always clean. I occasionally need to be patient with the service, but that's just the reality these days with many places being understaffed. I genuinely enjoy dining at Chili's. I've signed up for their rewards program, which gives me free chips and salsa—just the way I like it! Although I tend to order takeout more often than eating in, I always have a great experience.

Isaac was the best. His recommendations were perfect! Others have said it and I agree: Chilis is underestimated, especially if you find one with great service. We had fried picks, a bacon burger and a complete rib that were all served at great temperature with our substitutions. Plus the recommended strawberry Mango shakes Marg was our perfect end of the night! Will definitely be back
