Bidrage med feedbackA very traditional Chinese/Taiwan breakfast and pastry place where the decor is old, everything seems to be a bit greasy, food items are distributed on dining tables where everyone can touch and they only take cash. However, this is the only place where you can find really old-fashioned items that are harder and harder to find in the East Asian cuisine Mecca of San Gabriel Valley. Oh, if you buy 10 of each pastry, you get another free. As a Taiwanese breakfast place? find authentic Chinese fried cruisers?? Sesam flaky bread? Soy milk? , green onions scrambled pancakes?????, and roasted cheeses stick rice rolls?????, pork belts and veggie steamed rolls??????????? In addition, do you have old style flaky Chinese pastries with green onions??????, radish??? - Red bean paste? and many, many other items, from steamed sticky rice in bamboo leaves with pork or red bean paste???????????????????? , braided beef shafts, too sweet chrysanthemum drink??
Food was pretty good, but the customer service was not good, the staff were very rude and instructions were unclear. It was a little expensive and environment was really dirty. But all the food was good. The sweet rice roll was too sweet and had a lot of sugar. Not too happy about it, especially because of customer service. Many workers cried around. Thank you.
Excellent authentic Chinese/Taiwanese breakfast, the ?? here can?t be beat. I?ve come regularly over the years, despite the prices being a bit higher than desired. Definitely not the cleanest? you almost always have to holler for someone to come clean the tables, but you?re not here for the ambience anyway. You?re here for the food ?
Classic TAIWAN style breakfast, very popular. I recommend TAIWAN style egg omelet, remember add some garlic soy oil into egg omelet.
The breakfast is really good and the place is clean. Seating is limited so takeaway may be a better option during busy hours. If you don?t mind sharing a table with strangers you can sit down wherever there is space. Definitely must try the salty soy bean and the turnip cakes!
