One of the best news of the last years, fresh and young local, definitely unique in franciacorta, land of osterie, a novit that definitely missed. 5 course menu cards, finally Christian portions in a restaurant of this level, both happy ocytes and sazi, exquisite staff prepared (something rare even in level places) and home mastery ludovico with an empathy that I remember in few, guided us in a very fun combination of 5 glasses (4 and a drink for the truth even though the wine card was provided. especially champagne and territorial bubbles. known level, we were in 3 and we were always served at the same time by 3 waiters, I never happened in much more blasoned restaurants. special mention for pigeon, one of the best ever eaten and for the welcome appetizer, very nice and goose that recalls the small final pastry. as soon as you change the menu we will definitely return. yellow
