Vaughans - Roundstone

The fish was tasty, but the restaurant's weak point lies in the quality of the fries. I would rather have a small portion of homemade fries than a bowl of frozen ones. The fish chowder was fantastic. I will definitely come back, but I would prefer a baked potato instead of frozen fries.

Siobhan and Diarmuid operate a fantastic restaurant in Roundstone. The service and food are consistently excellent, with the scallops being a standout. The portions are plentiful and the staff is extremely accommodating. A definitely must-visit if you find yourself in the area.

Stunning!! Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Service excellent. Beautiful menu. Crab claws and duck salad delicious. Rack of lamb so fresh and tasty, scallops so fresh as was the Turbot in orange butter. Well worth the trip and will be back again. You can see there's so much effort put into the food but it's not overdone with flavours. The fresh produce is allowed to shine through with careful consideration. Staff excellent! Well done

We have immersed in vaughans for an evening meal during a stay in roundstone. we had a very wet and windy day outside inishbofin and were cold tired and hungry. from the moment when we went in the atmosphere, he was relaxing, the smell of freshly cooked food was so attractive and the personal member who greeted us was an absolute jewel of a dame. neither of us eating seafood, but there was also so much choice for us, my partner had lammkoteletts I had chicken cure. eating was fresh and presentation was beautiful. the employees went beyond and beyond to make us welcome, the prices were very reasonable I even with banoffeee, which was delicious. definitiw for everything
