Katy and her team have created a small oasis at the bottom of the hill. The barn is on site to get big breeze, especially when you sit in the café, enjoy a glass of wine and a banh mi.

Great place to stop and shop for European treasures. Fun to stroll through and always see changing items from years. Always seeing and enjoying something else. Great purchases that are always found here for the customer. Not that this is often a highlight, but they have one of the most beautiful outhouses, if necessary!! What can be important in a busy market. For food and drinks with indoor and outdoor seating. All sellers were friends and engaged.

A dreamy stop when in Round Top. The room is a bug of gigantic farmhouse barn with open airy vibes and chock filled with treasures rich. I love making Bader Ranch one of my first stations during Texas Antiques Week. I am not sure if they are open here all year round or simply during Texas Antiques Weeks in spring and autumn. The room is beautifully cured with beautiful and interesting European antiques. There are also some fun foods and a coffee drink trolley. Definitely a place to stop during your antique adventures.
