Sortino's Italian Kitchen - Round Rock

It was terrible. we had a reservation for 6:30. we came at 6:25. the whole restaurant might have had three tables that had rest, was empty. hostess could not find that my reservation had to show their confirmation thru open table on my handy. we probably sat 15 minutes before our server. we ordered a glass of wine. 20 minutes later soaked, but no cry. we ordered after 30 minutes server informed us my man dinner was ready, but kitchen made a mistake on mine. said we would eat together so he disappeared and never returned. we have stood up to leave the bill for the 1 drink and mgr appeared. I cost the drink, but we went after all the time without dinner. ever! ridicious!

Sortino’s was wonderful! I have been craving some bold, high-quality Italian food and they blew my expectations out of the water! Great service. Excellent cocktails. Also, the smells sell you immediately.

Amazing food and ambiance. Our waitress was super friendly and quick with requests. Would definitely go back!

Eating was okay, nothing spectacular. reminded me of the olive garden.

We were excited to eat here since we loved it before. Unfortunately, our food arrived before our drinks. We mentioned it when our food arrived. Was told they would bring them. Another 15 minutes or so passed and I had to bring it to the hostess attention. She left and when the drinks finally arrived, not only were we almost done with our food but the drinks were watered down with no ice. The waiter apologized but it was sad because we were all thirsty.
