Love this place. We've had a good portion of the seafood menu, and everything is fantastic: oysters, shrimp/lobster roll, chowder, redfish, lobster pot pie, fish tacos, chower fries, ceviche. Everything is excellent. I also appreciated their customer service. We had a billing issue that we didn't notice until the next day, and when I called back this morning they went above and beyond in taking care of it. Kudos.

We have been here roughly 10 or so times, and we have never had a bad meal. Not even remotely close. The staff is friendly, the fish is extremely fresh (an impressive feat given that the nearest large body of water is 3+ hours away), and they have a good number of non-seafood dishes that are just as good, if not better (the Jack Stack Burger and Wood Fired Chicken come to mind). And it never seems to be too busy, either, which is great for raging introverts such as my wife and myself. We will continue to come here on a regular basis as long as they are open.

We have been here several times, and we are happy every time. Consistent quality of the food and the service. On our most recent visit, we went for Happy Hour. Pro-tip: if the server offers an off-menu “chef’s special,” order it. You won’t be disappointed. We had a spectacular Hake collar!

Loved it start to finish! Thk u Alan, our server, for your time, attention recommendations! We had Paloma margs w/Pepi Tequila that were delicious as we waited just a few min for our table. The smoked fish dip w/in house fried kettle chips were delicious!! Next, we tried a cpl of specialty VA oysters, along w/some gulf oysters (the shaved horseradish...perfect! . Those definitely did not disappoint. One of us had the daily grouper special, one the seared tuna. I do not know which was better!!! Both were excellent!!! Light, flavorful...just overall a great dining experience. Returning very soon, to be sure! Highly recommend! And sit in Alan's section...excellent service.

This is our favorite place for any kind of fish! We had shrimp cocktail. Lobster pot pie. Ceviche. Lobster roll. And oysters. All delicious!
