Jersey Mike's - Round Rock

I ordered a sandwich for the first time. Once the order was placed, the pickup date and time was changed to the following day. Spoke to the person at the register and he said they were out of bread. Bread is one of the main ingredient, it's not acceptable to run out. The staff member offered to use a wrap. After awhile, I agreed. Without going into much detail, the taste of the sandwich was just ok. It really needed the bread.

This has to be the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Went in to pick up a sandwich I ordered, told the employee at the counter I was here for a pick up and he said he could not give it to me, he turned around and walked away only to start talking to his co worker and start laughing while both looked at me. Will not be buying at jersey mikes, i love the subs but it is the bad experience that makes me never want to go there again. Me and my family will take our business elsewhere.

I ordered the #8 footlong $21 and change for this sandwitch. So if one item in the sandwhich was not placed onto it I would not be so furious over this issue. But multiple items for which I had ordered to be placed on the sandwich were not added. First off the bread I ask for was correct, so I give them one star for that. But the rest of sandwich was just pretty much a total failure in every way possible. To start I bet the turkey Ham and cheese on it was maybe 2 passes with their meat slicer very little of all three.There was maybe three small strands of onion on this so called sandwich.Ok on we go. Next olive oil blend and honey mustard were not on the sandwich as ordered. It was a dry sandwich aside from the cherry pepper relish juices and maybe the 5 slices of jalapeño peppers juices. Then therw were no banana peppers or dill pickles or lettuce either. Oh wait I did however get 4 slices of tomato woo-hoo.My wife hasn't even broken into her #9 yet cause she isn't home just yet from work. So over all this total price for this 1 Giant sandwich (lol) and 1 #9 wrap was 51.57 to the door.I have been in Jersey Mike's on many occasions in-person to order by standing in line and never have I had an issue like this. So we figured we would get the same fantastic order status and outcome on a 1st item delivery but far far from the case here in every way.This total failure is on the person preparing the sandwich and the meat slicer employee both. We will do heavy thinking on any return to this establishment of business and are saddened to have had this experience.Charlie and Jenn

This was the first time we ordered from this location. Never had I had any issues with any other store. My order was prepared incorrectly. I ordered a #17, which is basically a Philly Cheesesteak. It had Chipotle Mayo, which I don't like, and Jalapenos, which I can't eat, instead of the bell peppers. I was unable to eat this sandwich but chose not to return it to the store since it was picked up and brought home before realizing it was incorrect. Just be sure to check your order before leaving.

I had an outstanding experience at Jersey Mike's on University Blvd in Round Rock. We decided to go for the giant #16 Mike's Chicken Philly, and it exceeded all expectations.The sandwich came via delivery and was still warm and fresh when it arrived. One of the first things that struck us was the generous portion of chicken. It truly seemed endless, which is a major win for any sandwich lover. The chicken was perfectly cooked and had that delectable grilled flavor. The combination of grilled onions, peppers, and white American cheese was a flavor explosion. The ingredients were well-balanced, and the cheese was wonderfully melted, binding everything together harmoniously.What I appreciate about Jersey Mike's is their commitment to quality, and it certainly showed in this sandwich. The bread was fresh and toasted to perfection, adding a delightful crunch to each bite.The service was efficient, and our order was delivered promptly. Kudos to the staff for maintaining the quality of their food even during delivery.Overall, our experience at Jersey Mike's was fantastic. If you're in Round Rock and craving a satisfying, mouthwatering sandwich, give the #16 Mike's Chicken Philly a try. I know I'll be returning for more very soon!
