Le Socrate Rouen

Marvellous all fresco lunch at this centrally based restaurant. Beautiful city with an amazing cathedral. Food and service at the restaurant were very good and enjoyed by us all. Pasta dishes as they should be presented and delicious fish and salads too. Would definitely visit again.

Follow the Sat Nav to the car park at the place de la cathedrale and when you pop up above ground , there is Socrate- situated amongst many other lunchtime restaurantsClean and friendly with good service and a really good lunchtime menu -what more could you want and its also very good value for moneyWe would go again if we went back to RouenA real

We always end up here when in Rouen. In summer love sitting outside and in winter indoors, where it's cosy and buzzing with lovely frenchness . Food is O.K. too. It is our place and we love it.
