Euro Cafe - Rouen

The frame is pleasant and the staff is very pleasant. Prices are fairly high compared to other bars in the city. We're sure we pay the location, but it's always prohibitive.

Good time on terrace service a little long but pleasant still

Nice little restaurant. With small terrace for a heated glass and plaid available to guests. Top! Large terrace to eat 3mm in front of the restaurant. Greeting with a warm and really friendly waitress. Good atmosphere. I recommend! Ideal for a drink with friends.

Delicious generous cocktails at a decent price. Excellent location.

Absolutely terrible! It took 20 minutes for the waitress to come over, and when she did she took our order (two drinks), and 25 minutes later we had to leave and we still hadn't received our two drinks! Plus they were diablo's so very common! It probably has to do with the fact we were on a school trip so children, but still very bad! We it ruined our day.
