Sushi Jiraya, before the Covid, was the "unmakeable, quality, fresh, cheap, cheap product. From Covid, I no longer recognize this restaurant, sushi don't hold, they're tied and there's less choice. I don't blame them for the period, but you're going back before the disaster:
