Before spending several weeks in this hotel for a training on Roubaix, and in view of the sympathy of the hostess, we decided to take two dinners in this restaurant. Menu prices, do not plan to get out below 30 euros with a drink and a coffee. First dinner, cold meal, not everyone at the same time. Welsh without ham, meat without accompaniment... brief .. bof .. second meal , burger ... simple yet .. not all the world served at the same time, cold meat, hot bread , cheese not melted , horrible red wine ... bof bof ... no commercial gesture to compensate , despite our claims to the restaurant manager, who did not even have to come to express themselves. we still have 3 weeks on Roubaix in this hotel. I salute, the great professionalism and sympathy of the hostess. Without his smile, we left without paying in the middle of the meal ... Go 100 meters further to dinner at the Hotel de France. Cheaper and more copyy. Having friendly waitresses in a restaurant does not do everything, for 30 euros, there is a minimum vital quality to have to pretend to be restaurateur.

Excellent address on Roubaix, the setting is attractive, the perfect service and the kitchen was satisfactory, for me the croquettes of grey shrimp were a real treat. I would certainly repeat the experiment.
