We had a fantastic family stay at this restaurant, and it is conveniently located within walking distance of McDonald's and the warehouse for the whole family to enjoy.

While in Rotorua for a 50th anniversary marathon, my group stopped at this restaurant before heading home. Upon entering, we noticed there were only two tables occupied. The staff member behind the counter ignored us when we informed him there were nine of us. He was extremely rude when he spoke to us, saying he couldn't accommodate us or it would be a 30-minute wait, and even gestured for us to leave. As someone with years of experience in the hospitality industry, I found this level of service to be unacceptable and unprofessional. It was a negative reflection on the restaurant's reputation.
