Greco - Rothesay

Very disappointed with the pizza tonight, normally love Greco pizza. Tonight we were sharing the pizza so we got half with 3 toppings, and the other side was suppose to be BBQ chicken. Was told it would be $9.50 extra for the BBQ chicken half. We really wanted BBQ chicken so said that would be ok.Went and picked up the pizza and got it home. One half did not have the right toppings and the BBQ pizza side had no BBQ sauce or any sauce on it at all, Which made it pretty tasteless.Was not happy that I paid almost $10 extra dollars for just chicken and onions on our pizza.It always use to be such great pizza. So very very disappointed.Probably won’t be ordering from here again for quite some time. :

The service at this restaurant was excellent, although it took a while to get our order. However, it was definitely worth the wait. The donairs were delicious!

The most disappointing aspect is that it seems like the restaurant doesn't care at all. I ordered a party pizza and large garlic fingers with an extra sauce online, which came to $60.01. The amount of cheese on both items was lacking, you could practically see through it. There was hardly any sauce beneath the cheese. I requested olives and mushrooms on only 1/4 of the pizza, but was informed at pick-up that this couldn't be done due to a 'policy'. Why not just fulfill the request? It's frustrating to pay high prices for subpar food and service. I won't be returning to this establishment and will likely avoid Greco in the future because it's evident they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. It's time for them to take a look at their reviews and make some changes.

The service is a bit slower than other pizza locations, and the atmosphere could use a bit of a modernized fresh look. The food tastes great and they offer stuffed crust with flavorings. I prefer regular bite size pepperoni pieces on my pizza, not the big pieces they use.

Ordered a donair sandwich. The bread was toasted, cold, and hard, and I wouldn't order again . Pizza was alright, bland, nothing special . Gave three stairs cause the order was right, and it was edible.
