Bäckerei Schwab - Roth

Wanted to have a bright, high tort bottom, "26 cm diameter" for today. The sellers were all unable to give me a competent answer on my request. Now I'd rather bake it myself. At least I know what to expect.

Breakfast for 2 is probably enough for 4 but is very delicious!

The baker Schwab is the best baker in a chain, that is, better than the Schmidt baker, but not a comparison with the small bakeries, as they used to know where the boss has baked himself. Too bad there is the bakery sat no more!!! The baker Schwab has actually earned 3.5 stars for me, but there is not. The semmals, rolls and rolls are also very good, only sometimes I have the feeling that even baked goods are sold from the day before and I don't find that good. If quality were the same throughout, I would also forgive 4 stars. Goods from the previous day are also ok, but then at a different price. Still a good baker I can recommend. There are seats inside and outside. There are no problems with the car in the large parking lot. Inside it is spacious but not too large and cozy. The cafe is self-service. The pastry tastes fresh and is not too sweet.
