O'grady's Irish - Rota

That was one of the first bars I visited in Rota. had too many and stumbled my way back to the basic. at the following weeks I felt the nice feeling of familiarity of o’grady when I stood before the big green doors. as a patrick, my laziness in the military, and all the others reconciled, he sat in the bar. I went every weekend into the bar. and when I left and returned to Spain to visit in-laws, my first station? you can't go wrong in that bar. great eating, great music, great beer selection and an amazing staff. when they stop there, they put their dollar to the wall, give them cassius clay blessing to the wall, and courteously ask crick to play something Wu-Tang and depeche mode for me.

If they are in rota (my favorite place to be when I am overseas) they have to go here. drink a few beers, write and make a dollar bill on the deck and throw a few darts. it is close to other bars and restaurants. I have been here for decades and a half (2005, 2006, 2008, 2015, 2017) and soon again this year good prices, friendly people and late open.

10 years away. this little bar remembered my name and drink. eating is great, the menu is eclectic, but wonderful. the place to make their first stop in rota! had the most wonderful Bánh-Mì. Serious Vietnamese cuisine in and Irish pub in Spain. you have to try. this pub is spectacular!

This bar was my home away from home, the owner is the most hospitable guy and a personal friend. I doubt it's still on board, but they could be served a drink that will put them on their ass when they ask the manager for a wreath of zehen

That burger IS great. Not the best I 've ever had, but definitely better than anywhere else in Rota... They keep a rotation of American craft brews that reminds me on being back in California. Although it 's a real tight squeeze, they 've got cool décor, a friendly staff, and it 's incredibly convenient if you 're staying across the street at Hotel El Duque. It 's a sensible addition to the standard aircrew Paddy 's, Chucky Bar, Arcos, Honey Don 't Cry/Copa Sur loop.
