The Melting Pot Roswell

Wonderful birthday celebration, had 9 people, we were at a long table so a little separated with all the different pots, but a great time overall! Will definitely be going back.

Very disappointing new years eve. The service was terrible. With automatic tip of 20% the staff has no incentive to properly service. The server literally handed me the unopened champagne bottle for me to open and pour then I had to ask for a chiller. At the end she handed us corks for our remaining Caymus and Moet bottles, provided no bags or help. All requests were slow or unfulfilled. Barely checked back. Management issue, the power cord to the burner kept coming unplugged. We've been here 100 times and this would be our worst experience.

They did a very good job considering it was NEW YEARS EVE. We had a 5:30pm reservation. They were fairly organized and we were seated in approx 15 minutes after arriving 10 minutes early. Small waiting foyer considering no one (staff customers) was wearing a mask and they could have had those waiting placed in the bar area which was 3 4 times the size and totally empty........ but on one cares about covid these days. I 'm sure sure they had quieter areas to eat but we weren 't in it......but it was NYE and u have to be understanding. Our waitress was Kimberly and she did a good job throughout our meal. Food was good to very good. Fixed menu with 2 fixed prices which were $95 or $99 which for NYE was reasonable. You don 't go to the Melting Pot to save money nor do you go to Melting Pot for ambiance but it was ok. MOST importantly my wife, her sister and I enjoyed ourselves and we 'll be back for our usual special occasions visits throughout the year. In my opinion they certainly deserved to have survived the initial onslaught of the covid pandemic.

Fun and yummy way to celebrate the new year. We were a bit surprised upon our arrival to find it was a fixed menu. But it was no problem. He gave us a chance to taste everything. We loved it.

Due to the Christmas preset menu I thought the food would come quicker at a good pace. There was a least 10-15 minutes between courses. Almost 3 hours for a family of 4 to eat. Great good, waitress was awesome, great time, just wish the speed of each course could have been faster.
