Sonic Drive-in - Roswell

The drive-thru service is always really slow. I ordered a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger yesterday, and it was nowhere near what I expected from Sonic. It was greasy, soggy, and had a taste reminiscent of old, stale fry oil. I’ve spent most of today feeling unwell and stuck in the bathroom. I won’t be eating here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone. I think Sonic corporate should consider closing this location!

I ordered two kids' meals, a popcorn chicken combo, a corn dog, and two hamburgers with fries. I asked for a large popcorn chicken but received a medium instead. The milkshake was fine, and the kids' drinks were correct. The burgers were made properly, but I didn't receive any toys with the meals, and I also didn't get a receipt.

The food was good but the employee who helped me was extremely rude. through the speaker, she would keep saying ?is that all?? in a super rude tone and when i got my order it was wrong and she hadn?t given me marinara sauce so i had to go in and get it just for her to glare at me. she has like tattoos on her and she?s at the window most times. very rude employee.

I ordered the Steak Butter Bacon Cheeseburger but it didn't come with any bacon or steak butter. It was just a standard burger with onions. The fries were old and cold, and the root beer was lacking syrup and needed a new bag.

Im giving a low rating because their doors seem to be locked most evenings due to short staff. also this is closest to my home whats the point in having or using the sonic app if this store turns it off because again short staff
