Lady on the phone is always rude, she spilled the sweet tea container, then the dead stared at me as if it were my fault when I didn't even look at her. I can handle bad customer service, the customer service here is not bad.

Will never order from this place again! the following instructions should be simple, but not for this location. I ordered my sandwich with gurken, jalapeños and pfeffer (salt pepper) and none of these items was on my sandwich. not only that, it was extremely salty. If I couldn't give a star, I would.

The customer service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only issue was with the drink machine, which was not working properly.

The restaurant is in a lovely setting with quick and accurate service for orders.

I’m not a fan of toasted sandwiches to begin with so I won’t rate the food. I am giving this a three star because of a very long wait as I ordered online and sat at the restaurant for another minutes waiting and the horrible smoke.The restaurant itself is very smoky, no pun intended. It was so bad I had to walk outside because my eyes were burning. I don’t know if this is a health code violation but they have fan exhaust problems big-time and need to fix it.If you’re going to eat from there get it to go as you don’t want to sit in a smoky environment very bad for your eyes and lungs.Will I PU from here again? No!
