Dairy Queen - Roswell

I picked up a Doordash job. for a milkshake, cheeseburger and wobble rings. they gave me the milkshake and said to have a nice day and went away for the car thru window. they had to fly them down to let them know that they did not complete the order. from my understanding they are short employees. the dining room is not open.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years, and I have no plans to leave. However, the customer service is lacking. The staff is rude, and the food is both overpriced and disappointing!

I do not recommend this restaurant. The service is awful, and the food is disappointing. I used to come here often, but recently I had a bad experience while waiting in the parking lot for them to open. One of the staff members came outside, stared at me, and tried to shoo me away, even though I was waiting patiently until they opened. The food was never that great to begin with, and the prices are too high for what you get.

The worst milk queen, probably ever. there were 4 youths who worked within the building, who had to be fired. it took more than 30 minutes to go through the drive thru, and when we finally came forward, the teenagers screwed around and not even working. the drive thru line was literally around the building and these children were just laughing, playing on their phones and moving more slowly than melasse. I'm not sure we'll ever come back to this place. better.

Could save some time and just copy and paste other reviews as similar exoerience. Fri night. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru. In store closed. Why when they have 3-4 kids taking break same time. No chocolate ice cream ? Wtf? People backing out of drive thru. Go elsewhere for soft serve.
