Casa Robles - Roswell

We took advantage of Restaurant Week. The food and service were excellent. We really enjoy all three restaurants that are part of this group. Highly recommend them.

There were 4 of us for dinner. Three tried the restaurant week menu and I got the Cornish hen. Everything was good but not great. It’s a fun atmosphere but doubt that we’ll come back. The food didn’t measure up to the prices.

We really enjoyed our first visit here. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Service was very attentive, and the waitress was very familiar with all of the dishes on the menu. We split the charcuterie board and 4 or 5 tapas plates. Everything was top notch. Will return. Highly recommend.

We've been to Casa Robles twice, and probably won't be returning. Nothing horrific...more of a disappointment. It's obvious that they are understaffed, but the waitress was very nice and was doing her best. The food was lack-luster. I had the Mediterranean Pork, which was dry and tough. The rice was kind of sweet??? I'm not sure why they don't still with a saffron or plain rice. My wife's two plates came out about 20 minutes apart, and neither were great. I like the restaurant, location, drink menu, but I struggle with recommending this place. They've been open for several months now, so food and staffing misses (esp. the food) should be fixed by now.
