Jerk Valley - Rossendale

The curry goat with rice and peas is always a delicious meal at this restaurant. The customer service is consistently excellent!

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I was impressed. The jerk sauce was delicious and the portions were generous. The mac and cheese was a bit greasy, but still very tasty. The prices were affordable, so I would definitely consider going back again.

It has been a while since I visited this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was closed both times I tried to go. They rarely seem to be open and once they even canceled my reservation minutes before closing. I ended up having to find somewhere else to eat. The food was only okay, nothing special.

We ordered chicken breast with rice-coleslaw and salat, we ended with a thai and a little salat, the order as we love it here

So this was the second time. The first time was when it first opened they had teething problems and the ovens were not working. We ended up with a mediocre jerk chicken rice and peas. We put it down to them being new. Yesterday we...visited again my hub didn’t want to after the first time but I said it would be better. Sorry guys it was terrible the fried chicken was chewy and like something bought off the shelf (not fresh cooked chicken at all)and warmed up. The rice was uncooked and virtually crispy. The veg was tasteless. We go to a many jerk chicken take away especially on Moston Lane Mcr which is half the price and so authentic. Sorry will not be coming again I would rather travel to mcr any day.
