Panera Bread - Ross Township

Great food, good packaging..pleased with food and service

Unfortunately, they had run out of brownies and instead replaced them with another bakery item. They also left a note on the receipt to inform me of the situation. Despite this, we still enjoy dining at this restaurant.

The portion size of the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup was underwhelming. It would be more accurately described as a small double portion, or a single serving for a soup enthusiast.

I got ham instead of the turkey I ordered! Also, your French onion soup used to be fantastic.....it's now horrible. This will likely be my last order from Panera!

The chicken salad was served without any chicken.
