Quiet and rural feeling, even though it is close to the main road and services. Sheep are shy and a bit vocal at times, but they go to the far end of the field at night. Usual reliable, high standard of service and cleanliness, which makes travelling so much easier. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet

Unfortunately this wasn't one of our best stays at a Premier Inn. The a/c wasn't working albeit two fans in the room. These were not suitable for purpose during the evening whilst trying to sleep making it an uncomfortable two nights. Main light in the bathroom wasn't working. Something housekeeping should have noticed. We felt the room had an unpleasant musty smell. Some guests were very noisy and inconsiderate in the early hours of the morning. Soundproofing is an issue at the hotel. On a positive note, the reception staff were very efficient and friendly.

Very convenient location just at the start/ end of the M50 motorway. 4 stars for the room only because there’s no air conditioning, but they do pros small (and quiet) fan. There’s no restaurant or bar in the hotel, but it shares a car park with a Beefeater. If you food make sure you ask reception to book a table because it was very busy the evening we ate there and the following morning. Rooms: 4
