Hot Head Burritos - Ross

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was saucy, yummy, and tasty. The manager personally assisted me to ensure my portion sizes were excellent. I didn't feel rushed and was able to pick out everything I wanted. The only downside was that the rice was a bit hard, but that seems to be a common issue at hotheads. The sauces they are known for were worth every penny. The manager made sure I had everything I needed, including their delicious jalapeno pineapple mix. I enjoy both Chipotle and Hothead, but Hothead really stood out with their extra delicious ingredients. The spicy sauce, tangy habanero, sweet ranch, and zucchini queso were all perfect touches. For only $12, I got a big bowl, medium queso, and chips - what a great deal!

This is hands down the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. We have filed our complaints with the company's headquarters and the owner via email, and will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau regarding the unsanitary conditions and utter lack of respect shown towards customers.

Food was ok. Food line was messy. Was sure if I wanted to order or not. Help was a little snotty.

I recently visited the restaurant to try their chicken bowl, but I found it to be not very good. I am planning to visit the new restaurant next to IGA to see if their food is better. Additionally, the customer service at this restaurant needs improvement as the servers often appear disinterested and reluctant to be there. Perhaps they are hoping for a higher hourly wage of $15.

No thanks. First and last trip... it's like Chipotle but with lesser quality ingredients... all of the meat options looks old/stale/gross... so I went with chicken... it just wasn't very good. Queso was good though.
