The flavors here are fantastic, and the prices are quite reasonable now. They offer a wide variety of toppings to choose from, and the customer service is excellent. Typically, there isn’t a long wait time either.

I used to enjoy visiting this restaurant, but now they have so many restrictions on the amount of fruit and toppings you can have. The customer service is terrible as well. This place feels like it's stuck in the past. I would recommend staying away.

I usually order the original flavor topped with strawberries and blueberries, and it’s also delicious with Nutella. My only issue with this location is that the service tends to be lacking—sometimes it feels like getting dessert at the DMV. However, it's at a mall, so I suppose it's unreasonable to expect exceptional service.

This was intended for my partner's order, but I couldn't help but notice it. This is exactly why I’m always extra careful at places like this. It’s essential to ensure that they practice safe food handling.

This isn't just a one-time issue; I've visited frequently with my kids while at the mall, and every time, the experience is the same. There are usually two women behind the counter who consistently have scowls on their faces and provide no real customer service. They definitely need to improve in that area.
