Krispy Kreme - Roseville

Just did a drive thru order for a mixed dozed. Every one of them taste like they are left overs from the day before. They are hard and stale ? first time this has ever happened but I?ll not do drive thru anymore. And? I was charged full price

The dining area was filthy, the employees where too busy killing bugs to even great us. Finally left after being ignored long enough to fully take in the built up grease, dirt and general ick everywhere. We left and weren't ever spoken to by employees. One of the 3 issues is bad enough but bugs, cleaning and customer service issues are a problematic trifecta and they should be ashamed.

I stopped here at the drive thru to get some donuts to bring in for my first day at my new job! The donuts were hot and delicious! Everyone appreciated the special treat! Excellent customer service. Fast, friendly and really a yummy treat! Will be back soon!

I'm not even a Krispy Kreme person..I prefer a regular crumb donut but I'm telling you it was soft and warm still. I had to eat the whole thing kind of like cotton candy just melted in my mouth. Wwo. I had a free dozen for my birthday. They were so kind when giving it to me. So yeah eat it warm.

Donuts were still warm when ordered and the dozen was worth it!
