Fahrenheit 250 BBQ - Roseville

We opted for the 3 combo meal with sliced brisket, ribs, and burnt ends. The brisket was fantastic, but the ribs were average and a bit too dry. They were tender, but not easy to bite off the bone. The burnt ends were disappointing - extremely dry and resembled blocks of jerky. I would not recommend the ribs or burnt ends. It was our first visit and we will not be coming back.

The service from the staff was outstanding. However, the food either ended up being overcooked or was lacking in seasoning.

After sampling numerous BBQ restaurants in the Sacramento area, we believe we have discovered the perfect spot at a reasonable price. The food was fantastic, with generous portions. We particularly enjoyed the selection of 4 different BBQ sauces and the tasty meat. Our server was incredibly friendly. We highly recommend this place.

The restaurant staff made an error with our reservation, resulting in a ten-minute wait to be seated. Unfortunately, most of the dishes we received were either lukewarm or cold. My two meat platter, which was supposed to include ribs, was extremely tough and difficult to cut.

Arrived early to reservation, was seated quickly and greeted by a friendly server. Got drinks, then she returned to take our order. They were out of cornbread, ribs, and burnt ends. 3 of the four things I went for. I ordered nothing and my partner ordered the 45 dollar combo. It was easily more than enough food for 4. She enjoyed it. I recommend that you call ahead and ask if they have food. I understand that when they are out they are out, but on a Saturday they should make extra.
