Eureka! - Roseville

I had the Beet burger and Eureka salad. I have eaten this dish before in the Woodland Hills location. I love the flavor of the beet burger and hoped the structure would hold up better this time. The burger falls apart the second you take it off the plate and the bun is not made to contain it; the bun disintegrates the burger requires a heftier bread. (Lazy Dog has a beet meatball dish that sticks together, so I think the beet burger can be tweaked to stay together. I love the flavor and will continue to order it, but I would love if Eureka would tweak the recipe just enough to keep the patty from falling apart, or serve it in a pita pocket, or something, to catch the pieces. The Eureka salad is an amazing substitute to fries, the avocado was a bit hard this time, but that did not stop me from demolishing the thing.

Service was amazing. We were attended to without being rushed or questioned constantly. The sweet potato fries were the best I've had in a long time. The chicken nachos were horrible. The chicken tasted cheap and fake, and the chips were stale.The fish from fish and chips were very good. I loved the assortment of non alcoholic drinks. The environment was depressing. The average age of diners was over 60 years old. Maybe nighttime has a different crowd ?It was also VERY annoying to be told by multiple employees about their rewards program. It's obvious that employees are being asked to talk to customers about this program, but it will deter people from eating here. I looked into the program, and it offers an appetizer as an incentive for saving a debit/credit card to their eureka app. No thanks. ?

My wife and I wanted to try a new spot to eat and landed on Eureka and it was a great choice. We tried the Eureka and Fig burger with their Honey Cinnamon sweet potato fries and the Truffle cheese fries and everything was absolutely delicious. Totally recommend eating here. And the staff was nice and attentive.

The food is pretty good. I would like to I see the menu hey switched up occasionally. I love the tortilla wrapped jalepeno egg burger and the macaroni balls. If you have not tried them yet. You should!

I ordered a 28 day burger and truffle fries, The burger was ok the fries didn't have truffle all over the fries. Buffalo wings wasn't fully mixed with the sauce. Food was ok and not great.
