When I finally received my order and checked it in my car, I discovered that I had two “Love It's” but my ice creams were completely melted, and my requested add-ins were missing. I considered going back inside, but by then the location had already closed. The photo shows my order when I got home, which is less than a 5-minute drive away. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
**Original Review:** I ordered and paid online for in-store pickup of one "Gotta Have It" size item and one "Like It" size item, detailed as follows: - 1 x Cheesecake Fantasy (NO BLUEBERRIES PLEASE) - Gotta Have It ($6.59) - 1 x German Chökolätekäke - Like It ($5.49) - 1 x Fudge Topping ($0.89) - 1 x Plain Waffle Bowl ($1.59) **Subtotal:** $14.56 **Tax:** $0.87 **Total:** $15.43 However, I received two "Like It" size items instead (see attached photo). I called the store to explain that I did not get what I paid for. They claimed that the order appeared differently on their side, suggesting I must have made a mistake when placing it, and they could not assist me. I pointed out that my email receipt clearly shows what I ordered, regardless of how it looked on their end, and that I would dispute the charge on my credit card. Overall, I found the customer service to be extremely poor and will not be returning to this location.
They like to give their order to the doordask and other delivery services. can also not correct online orders. it is best to be in store to monitor their order and correct how it is done.
I ordered a few ice creams the other day and was very disappointed by my visit. I ordered 2 love it is online and was told the order would be ready in about 20 minutes. So I get there a few minutes early and waited for almost 20 minutes for my order. also the whole time I waited, the entire online order collection line was ignored. but when I finally got my order, I went into my car and checked it to make sure everything was there, I saw that I was two like it and my ice creams were completely melted, not to mention that my admittance was not even in the ice. I wanted to go back in, but the place had already closed at that time. the photo is from my order when I came to the house, which is not even a 5 minute drive. I will not return.
