I ordered a few ice creams the other day and was very disappointed by my visit. I ordered 2 love it is online and was told the order would be ready in about 20 minutes. So I get there a few minutes early and waited for almost 20 minutes for my order. also the whole time I waited, the entire online order collection line was ignored. but when I finally got my order, I went into my car and checked it to make sure everything was there, I saw that I was two like it and my ice creams were completely melted, not to mention that my admittance was not even in the ice. I wanted to go back in, but the place had already closed at that time. the photo is from my order when I came to the house, which is not even a 5 minute drive. I will not return.

Update 1 apr 2022: the load owner has asked me to apologize for the experience I had in the roseville store. she offered to replace the item I had received in a smaller container/mount than I had paid. I wrote them last night and she has the job ready for me to pick up. I appreciate the owner who does it right. the ice was as always delicious. my original review I ordered and paid online for in-store pickup 1 must have it size items and 1 like it size items as follows: 1 x cheesecake fantasy no blueberries please. Must have it (1 x $6.59) $6.59 1 x no cone or bowl 1 x germanchökolätekäke like it (1 x $5.49) $5.49 1 x fudge topping (1 x $0.89) $0.89 1 x plain waffle bowl (1 x $1.59 subtotal $14.56 tax $0.87 total $15.43 I received 2 like it size element fetched in the package that I installed. I called the load and explained that I didn't get what I paid for. they told me that the order did not see the same at the end, so I must have ordered it wrong, and they could not help me. I told them that I didn't get what was on my email reception, regardless of the way it seemed at the end, and that I would deny the appeal on my credit card. the text from the acknowledgement is shown above, below shown. extremely poor customer service. we do not want to return to this place.
Was a little busy but the line definitely moved fast. The staff was fast and friendly. They definitely give you what you pay for. A lot of variety to choose from for mix ins and ice cream flavors and they now have sorbet too! Big portions and I got a caramel apple this time too : Definitely will be back to this location.
