Chipotle Mexican Grill - Roseville

I really enjoyed my burrito bowl, but I would give this location 4 stars because the consistency varies with each visit.

The staff at this restaurant really puts in a lot of effort! I think it was Kaylee who assisted us. She was courteous, quick, and very helpful. This was one of my best experiences at a Chipotle in a long time. I just wish this location were closer to my home. Keep up the fantastic work!

The service was incredibly slow. I also ordered a three-pointer burrito (rice, beans, cheese) but was charged $7.85 for a veggie burrito instead. When I requested extra cheese because they had put only a small amount on, the staff member questioned if that was enough without actually adding more. This is a newer restaurant, but I strongly recommend they close until they can properly train good staff. After this experience, I won’t be returning to any Chipotle again.

I genuinely wanted to give them five stars, but we've had a few unfortunate experiences. During our most recent visit, we waited 25 minutes for our pickup order, which was mistakenly placed with the drive-thru orders. However, the food was excellent, and the restaurant was clean, so I think a rating of four stars is fair.

There was a mix-up with some of the burritos, but we sorted it out. The sauce was a bit spicy, but overall, everything was great!
