Axel's Roseville

I took my man here for his birthday and it was some of the best food I've had in a while. The atmosphere was chill and romantic and the server was very attentive. Will definitely be back.

I have always loved the Axel's in Mendota and was excited to try the Roseville location. We did not have a good experience. My water glass had a green floaty, the popovers were moldy, there was something wrong with the iced tea tasted like sour milk. Our waiter was very clear that he was not happy working the outside patio, and it took forever to place our order, get our food, and pay the bill. When we showed him the moldy popovers, he did not say a thing. He was outright surly to us and the other customers. When I went inside to track him down and pay the bill, another customer followed me in the from the patio to ask him why he was not serving them after they had been there for over 40 minutes. What a disaster!

Enjoyed a delightful birthday meal with family at Axel’s in Roseville. Service with Paxton and Emily was wonderful. All our needs were taken care of. Bull bites, entries, desserts and drinks were very good. Very accommodating to our needs. Would recommend this place to all. Thanks Paxton and Emily. Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to our Grandchildren and appreciated their kindness.

The Norwegian salmon was delicious. The servers were nice. My order was carried out, and I got a really nice portion.

Will never go here again, our server couldn't keep our orders straight. We had individual bills, every one of them was incorrect with items we didn't order. And another server had to fix all our bills.
