The service was very slow, the place reeked of fish (and we like fish), and our meals were gross.

Ask for waitress Hng. She's great. Wonderful experience

We have reservation for 5 but when we get there our table was not set up and without applogy we were told to wait. The place was more than half empty but we were told to wait until a new table set up with forks grabbed from other tables. It was not a good service and my group really frustrated and disappinted with the treatment we get. Food was good, kung pao chicken, sesame chicken, vegitable soup, egg roll were good. Our waitress was very nice and and respecful.

Food average and over spiced. Bathroom very dirty. Wait person attentive

This is the first time that we have chosen Big Bowl in a really long time. The service was perfect, our waitress was super sweet, however neither one of us enjoyed the food. My husband used to crave Big Bowl Lettuce Wraps and Chicken Pad Thai, however he couldn't eat it. So we switched meals. I was not a fan of either meal. It seems like they started using new seasonings, or something, that made the food not taste good. I hate writing a bad review, it's very out of character for me, but we were just so disappointed. (no, we did not complain about the food, we felt it was just our own taste that must have changed)
