A&W - Rosetown

It was good. We hadn't had A&W for a year or two. We're in town for a week and decided to try it tonight for dinner. My Ratings Chubby Chicken Sandwich 5 Onion Rings 5 Sweet Potato Fries 4 Diet Root Beer 5 Service 3 Bit of an order flub. New staffer. Turned out fine. We'll be back to try a float.

Food is old and cold, and that's at lunch hour. No ice for drinks-pre chilled. Ordered chicken strips- mushy and cooked in old stinky deep fryer oil. No real chicken meat. I think they switched to beyond chicken and didn't tell anyone.

Came here with a bunch of my family for breakfast. At first I was worried about seating but it worked out great and they had tables we could pull together. It is great the A&W does more traditional breakfast and not just sandwichs. We all enjoyed out eggs and bacon ane even the toast was good.

Food was delicious but the customer service was sub par. despite not being busy they took forever.

Watched a gentleman come from the back of the store come to the front, wash his hands with no soap, and proceed to make breakfast sandwiches. I then watched a lady running the till and interac machine go and make breakfast sandwiches by hand without washing at all in plain sight!! They aren't just unsanitary here, they just don't care is the problem. Gross!!
