In the small village of Götting we were with local friends for dinner at Schwoaga Wirt. There we sat on a rustic wooden table with the same chairs. There were meat dishes from their own butchery, where even the names of the slaughtered animals were listed on a slate table that was quite uninhabited for city dwellers like us. Nevertheless, the carvings were excellent and the homemade potato salad was very delicious. The service was warm and flashy. Some locals sat on the side table, drank beer and played cards. We heard Urbayr from them some comments about us city people, but they were pretty friendly.
Gastwirtschaft mit Metzgerei (or vice versa) Weekdays no map, only one table. Simple, solid dishes, I had a wild goulash. Average salad, something safe in front of the big pot. Because it was so beautiful, I ate it at the beer table, without a table cloth, but could be happy to get a place. Very cost-effective.
Here there are everything freshly prepared, which of course takes some time, so if they hurry, they are misguided here. The economy has its own meat shop, so they always get the best meat on the plate. The economy is very much visited by locals and is therefore a secret tip.
How to imagine a Bavarian economy with loving beer garden. Magnificent flower sets in the garden. Service by the older host (a unicum) that radiates pleasant rest. No road. Own outstanding butchery and own slaughter. Those who want to have peace and love the land should visit this host house and beer garden. Small, but fine absolute secret tip!!
