The Burger Barn Rosenberg

The family and I were in Rosenberg for a high school football game. We found this place on Google Maps. This place is a 10/10 and not to mention the burgers are not over price! Even the cashier told me to put peanut butter on my Speck-Cheddar-Burger and I must say it was amazing! Definitely recommend everyone

Customer service was very bad at this place? This was my first time in this place and will be my last time? I ordered some chili and when he put my bag on, he dropped my chili and then said he didn't know what I want him to do because the chili can sit?t when everything he had to do was tie the bag so it didn't fall over? And then I asked about a spoon, and then he said, "That's why I gave you a fork because we don't have spoons? So when I mentioned that OK, I could get my money back, then he claims he had to go to the barn to get me a spoon?. I also ordered some cookies. I didn't know we could get them. Remember this place. So how should I know that we should get the cookies ourselves? The hispanic guy was so rude and doesn't know how to imagine when you serve a customer?

The building was quite cool, the interior makes you feel you are in a real barn, and the staff is very friendly and friendly. Unfortunately, the positives ended, in my special experience. I ordered a local menu item (I don't remember the name) based on the recommendation of the staff. I also ordered both types of Fritten to share with an employee. Long story short, the Pommes were without any kind of season. Admittedly, they were fresh, but somewhat too soft. The burger was a great disappointment. Instead of a regular cattle patty, I got 2 small slider couples in a regular size bungalow. I couldn't believe it. In addition, the Pattys were really overdue, dark and crispy on the outside. I want to try it again, but definitely not in the near future.

I had the #6 Bacon cheddar barn burger) and added Jalapeños. Overall, the burger was good, but the grated Cheddar cheese was not placed directly on the meat and that was disappointing to me when it came out when I took up the burger. I mean, put it directly on the meat so it can melt. The atmosphere and decor completely shielded red barn theme. I enjoyed the Burger Hall of Fame/Shame wall. Overall, I recommend this place and I look forward to other menu items like the chicken wings, Tex-Mex plates and something to immerse yourself in your homemade ranch.

Service worth waiting for. Rebecca gave outstanding customer service and made sure to get our large order right in the middle of a dinner rush, with a smile and genuine care.
