Jimmy John's - Rosemount

I've ordered from here a few times, and I’ve consistently experienced very long wait times. This was the second time I ordered for takeout and needed to wait for about ten minutes. Eventually, I called, but it just kept ringing. I ordered crabs while my kids were in the car, which made it hard to get them out. In the end, I had to unload everything and go inside. There were four staff members standing behind the counter, and my order was just sitting right behind it.

I typically don’t eat sandwiches, but since we were in a hurry, we decided to stop by for a quick bite. When we walked in, the kid behind the counter told us it would take over 30 minutes to prepare a sandwich. I thought Jimmy John’s was supposed to be fast! Waiting 30 minutes for a cold sandwich seemed excessive to me. I suggest they find a new manager to help improve the efficiency of the operation. Needless to say, Jimmy John’s has pretty much lost my business. There are better food options available for the same price and much quicker service.

Waited 30 min to call the load after my app, said it was for delivery and they said it was just gone and was on the way. then I waited 30 minutes and I went there because it was a few blocks away and my order was still sitting there.

If I can't fill in order because their business is too busy filling catering orders, then they find a way for their website to guide customers somewhere else!

The team working today was excellent – very polite and kind. The service was incredibly quick too.
