Bidrage med feedbackWe usually love JJ’s but today for our delivery order (ordered by my husband Dylan Smith) they forgot the chips we ordered and paid for, did not send straws, sent the wrong drinks, and the bread was very hard and crumbly (not fresh like usual). There was no way for us to leave this feedback about our order on the app so I figured I would leave it here.
I waited over an hour for a pick up order for two sandwiches. People who just walked in and ordered received their order within 5-10 minutes. That is not fair to the people that order in advance. Also, one of the employees was yelling and swearing in the back room. Something needs to be done to make the weekend experience better for both the employees and the customer.
Went at a busy time and even with the man baby in front of me who couldn't wait 45 seconds for his sandwich they still cranked it out. Thanks guys!
Waited 30 min to call the load after my app, said it was for delivery and they said it was just gone and was on the way. then I waited 30 minutes and I went there because it was a few blocks away and my order was still sitting there.
If I can't fill in order because their business is too busy filling catering orders, then they find a way for their website to guide customers somewhere else!
