Panera Bread - Rosedale

The food is delicious and the pickup is quick. However, I experienced a lack of customer service from an older woman during the morning shift; the welcome felt minimal at best. I've ordered the Bagel packs multiple times, and the bagels have consistently been tough. I'm not sure if this is due to a machine issue or human error. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 out of 5 stars, but the morning customer service only gets a 3.

I didn't have any negative experiences, except for a cashier who asked for my order multiple times. However, the food is fantastic! The chip sandwich from the advertisement is amazing.

Before I go home, I order my breakfast before they are open, I go to work and keep on the way and my bag is waiting for me next to the entrance. You can't beat that. Once at work I have a nice hot sandwich and a delicious blueberry scene. Great way to start the day.

I had an incomplete order last week—my chicken was missing from my salad—so I called to inform the management. They took my name and instructed me to return and ask for the manager. When I came back, the manager—who I had spoken to earlier—was very apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure that my salad was made correctly. Even though this Panera isn't the closest one to my home, I prefer coming here because they consistently take care when preparing orders. Today, Sharnella and her team gave me another reason to keep coming back with their excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you for your kind and prompt service (with a smile)!
