I've been a fan for over 40 years. I have a proposal. Move your food quality high. Maybe put an outdoor barbecue. I think your old customers will like to pay for a better quality. Just a thought

As a rule, we go to this place occasionally and for the last few years the service has slowly become worse. I thought maybe the servers had a day off, but no... I was wrong again. Today I went to the place where I thought this was the last chance to consider that it took almost 45 minutes to get our food last time. Well, we didn't just have 1/2 hours to get 5 ice cream soft napsticks, but the other customers were also quite upset. The customer next to us waited for a very long time and received only half of their order and another customer had to literally go into the window to ask his food and he waited for almost an hour! I was fairly fed and wanted to go when the server told me that the ice creams were served next. The server ignored the fact that only half an order was given to our neighbour. My family was over frustrated and praised to never return to this place. And plan to tell many relatives, friends and employees about the constant ridiculously long waiting times and what we have seen and experienced. I worked fast food places and I never left one of my customers down. I had always ensured that my customers there were food intake and order complete. I know this will be a long time branch, but considering how to treat customers there with such long waits and incomplete orders I'm surprised they're still in business. My advice is if you want a good burger like food with a reasonable time to actually go somewhere else. .
