The food was excellent, but we waited an hour and a half! The couple next to us ended up leaving after two hours without receiving their meal, and no staff members came to check on them. It seemed like the open sides of the restaurant overwhelmed the kitchen.

The guy who works there is fantastic, but the two girls not so much. I was left waiting for my food, which was already sitting on the counter. One of the girls asked for my name, and when I told her, she acknowledged that my order was right there and then just walked away. I kept waiting and waiting until I finally asked the guy for assistance. Overall, it was disappointing customer service from the women.

The food is always great here. The service is quick and they remember my name. We like to din-in on our birthday and get a surprise as well as take out after a long day of work.

As for kid-friendliness, the staff were very pleasant and attentive to children, and they didn’t mind helping out even when little ones made a mess. Additionally, the place appeared to be easily accessible for those in wheelchairs. Overall, a fantastic experience!
